The early morning summer sun, as it caresses the natural sandstone frontage, casts long shadows across the lawn. Originally built as a manse, the superb conversion to one of the top guest houses in the Highlands, stands as a tribute to owners, Ian and Ray Ross, who offer the warmest of Highland welcomes to their guests. We have a large car parking area and inside storage comprises of a drying room for wet clothes plus a large storage room where golf equipment, bikes, extra luggage, etc. can be safely kept. |

Our comfortable guest sitting room provides magnificent
views overlooking the Dornoch Firth and Tain Golf Course. The remaining two bedrooms have H&C washbasins. A shared wc/bath/shower room separates them and is ideal for parties or families of four. These rooms are on the west side of the house. |

All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities
and colour television. Hair dryers and ironing facilities are available.
