All our rooms are en-suite and guests can
enjoy a hearty breakfast in our conservatory overlooking the rear garden. We have a beautiful lounge for guests to relax in at any time decorated with leather couches and club seats. The entire house is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and is completely non smoking. |

Starting at 7-30am through to 9.30am or earlier by arrangement. We have safe and private parking and are only a few minutes walk from Dumfries town centre , excellent restaurants and all local amenities. |
