Mother and son team Judy and Adam Moore have an established reputation for their cuisine and provide guests with a relaxed atmosphere in which they can fully enjoy dining, whether in the restaurant overlooking the gardens or in the cosy bar with its welcoming open fire. All of the eight well-equipped en-suite bedrooms overlook the gardens with views over the Moffat Hills to the east and the Nith Valley to the west. All rooms have colour TV, radio, direct dial telephone and hospitality tray. |
| Judy and Adam Moore, take great
pleasure in cooking, using organic vegetables from their newly restored
walled garden and free range/rare breed meat from local suppliers. Their fine cuisine regularly includes locally caught game and fish, whilst vegetarian guests are also well catered for. The quality of the food is complimented by a well chosen wine list and a good selection of malt whiskies and Scottish beers. |
